While I was wandering through the maze of streets within Jaffa, I came upon this cute little blue Vespa and had to share it with y’all! Wandering around that area is one of my favorite activities to do when in Tel-Aviv and I always try to make time to “get lose” when visiting Jaffa. There are endless settings and backdrops for photographers and so many other things to keep you busy for hours, if you like really looking around places for hidden delights.

So if your ever find yourself in Jaffa, slow down and take your time. Keep your eyes open as well, because it’s a guarantee that you’ll see something quite remarkable there.

Hello again.

P.S. I have also created a little mini-film of the Yafo-TLV beach from that day that I filmed. It was overcast and raining, which made for a lovely day on an empty beachfront.

Bourbon Street: I hear you callin’ my name, girl.

Two wheels are king, when it comes to getting around in style, in the city of New Orleans. While street cars can also be a very classy way to scoot from place to place, if you are a local you know you’ll most likely need to get around beyond those touristy location lines. After my last stop in Nola, I am happy to report that this city is certainly not lacking in Vespa-love, nor Vespa-sass. Here is a gallery of daily life for Vespas who reside in Nola,

And just for the hipsters in the Bywater, 

You and your avant-garde bikes, oh you. (If you’ve ever lived in the Bywater area, you know exactly what I mean.) I took this shot just before the Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros show, so it makes sense.

Photos of The Day: N.O.P. D. Fight Crime in Style.

Yet another way in which New Orleans one ups every other city, in the form of coolness: 

N.O.P.D. patrol the French Quarter on Vespas,

“‘The advantage of a scooter, Matthews said, is that it combines the mobility and ease of use of a bicycle with the speed of a motorcycle, making it a perfect vehicle for the French Quarter. Even the old scooters could get to things way quicker than the patrol cars could,’ he said. Plus, they look really cool….”

Reason 158,495,684 why I adore the hell out of Nola. Who dat!
