During our travels up North on the 101, we spotted a few Vespas on the way. I can’t image there being any disadvantages to owning a Vespa in picturesque Santa Barbara. The views from the roads are absolutely breathtaking and the weather is pretty darn nice all year around. Lucky folks, I tell you.
